My favorite magazine for women photographers, CHIC CRITIQUE,
is giving it's readers an amazing opportunity provided to not only get
their images published in the magazine, the top 10 winners would become a
part of their celebrity photography panel, which provides critique to
other photographers. The contest is named Photography Idol and It’s a pretty awesome opportunity for me to showcase my work and get my name out into the stratosphere.
So
here are the deets. To enter, you are asked to submit an image that you
feel best reflects your work and I'm sending in the image below as my
entry. I've decide to use this image because I think it caputred the innocence of the moment. It was taken at an outdoor patio barbeque of a client of mine. I took pictures of this young lady several months back for her first birthday party and I was so moved by her little independent ability to get in and out of a "grown up" chair!
If I get
chosen to compete, I’ll be given weekly photo challenges and then voting
will occur on Tuesday nights next month. You can see the other amazing
